Tia Rosa Snack is a favorite amongs locals. Famous for it’s Patacon sandwiches. A patacon are two seasoned plantains stuffend with whatever you order in it, cheese, chicken, meat and homemade sauces and fresh salad an all the other yummy stuff. Very rich and so affordable. They also have arepas, i personally like the arepa with ‘carni and keshi’ which means meat and cheese a lot. A whole lot. Check out the opening hours, cause they close in the afternoon and are open at night again. You can see the yellow container on your right hand when driving from Noord to Baby beach. Enjoy!
